Using hypnotherapy techniques, we’ll gently access and release subconscious emotional patterns that keep you stuck in anxiety, fear, or self-sabotage.

This week focuses on trauma-informed approaches that restore safety and stability without re-experiencing painful memories.

I have been on an epic journey of healing and discovery.  Ten years ago I was diagnosed with Late Stage Neurological Lyme and not expected to live.  I had unresolved trauma from childhood that surfaced and I just never felt safe in my body.  I couldn’t sleep, was in constant pain, had high levels of adrenaline and cortisol surging through my body.  I just so alone and isolated in my pain.  But I made it out – and you can too.  All you need is the right tools, compassionate support and someone who has taken the journey to guide you.
