Gabe Morahan is a clinical hypnotherapist and Past Life Regressionist.  She helps people to resolve trauma and anxiety in their lives whether the origins are from this life or previous lives.  She is also a Life Between Lives – Transpersonal facilitator and helps people to reconnect and remember their soul purpose. She works in person in her Wollongong hypnotherapy office or online via zoom in time zones all over the world.

Hypnotherapy is a guided therapeutic process that helps you access the subconscious mind in a calm, focused state. It can help you change patterns, beliefs, emotional responses, and habits that may be difficult to shift through willpower alone.

Hypnotherapy may help with anxiety, fears and phobias, trauma-related patterns, self-confidence, stress, emotional triggers, unwanted habits, and feeling stuck in repetitive behaviours. Each session is tailored to your needs and goals.

Yes. I offer in-person hypnotherapy sessions in Wollongong, as well as online sessions via Zoom for clients in Australia and internationally.

Yes. Online hypnotherapy can be very effective as long as you have a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable and will not be interrupted during the session.

No. You remain aware during hypnosis and cannot be made to do anything against your will. Hypnotherapy is a cooperative process, and you stay in control throughout the session.  It is therapeutic where your safety is the number one priority.

Most people experience hypnosis as a deeply relaxed, calm, focused state. Some people feel light and floaty, while others simply feel very settled and inwardly focused.

The number of sessions depends on your goals and the issue you want to work on. Some people notice shifts quickly, while others benefit from a series of sessions for deeper, more layered work.

Yes. Hypnotherapy can support trauma healing when approached carefully and safely. My work is trauma-informed and tailored to the client’s readiness, pacing, and individual needs.

Hypnotherapy helps quiet the busy, analytical part of the mind so you can access the deeper subconscious patterns that shape how you think, feel, and respond. These patterns are often formed through past experiences and can continue to influence your life without you even realising it. In a relaxed and focused state, hypnotherapy allows those old beliefs, habits, and emotional responses to be explored and gently updated. This can help you create change from within, rather than trying to force it through willpower alone.

Gabe's Hypnotheraphy Training

Gabe gained her Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy with Hypnotherapy Training Australia (HTA).  She went on to study with Paul Aurand and got got her certificates in Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression with.  She did a 3 day experience of Pre Life Between Lives and went on to do her LBLt with the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists (NATH)
