One-on-One Guided Breathwork Sessions

Breath and oxygen are generally something we take for granted. We do not think of it at all most of the time.The way in which we breathe has everything to do with the quality of life we lead. Now more than ever, health issues are at an all time high with increased stress levels and more demands on all aspects of our being.
The percentage of shallow breathers in our population is extremely high. Understanding the essential role that oxygen plays in maintaining optimal health and wellbeing has been grossly overlooked as an integral part in the decline of the body’s resistance to degenerative diseases, fatigue and emotional stress.
 

How having a one-on-one breathing session can help your body:

Location: Online via Zoom (we can help if you haven’t used zoom before) or in person in Wollongong
Length : Allow up to 2 hours for the first session and an hour for follow up sessions
Who is it for:  Anyone who wants to learn how to utilise their breath to improve their mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
